Spring Special
Please Note: Limit of 1 Spring Special per person. We will not accept an email or phone call requesting to book more than 1 Spring Special.
RULES & REGULATIONS
-No vehicles or boat/car trailers can be stored on the site if it is not occupied.
-Additional vehicles (more than 2 vehicles) and trailers must be kept in storage at all times. Storage Fee Applies.
-Absolutely no rugs allowed. Grass cannot be covered in any way.
-Price covers 2 adults and your children (under 18 years old). Extra adults will be subject to a fee.
SELECTING A SITE NUMBER
You are allowed to request up to 5 site numbers (as you may not get your first request). Site selection will be based upon availability, type/length of unit you are camping in, and the request you provided. If you would like to be next to a certain family, we will try our best but cannot guarantee you will have sites adjacent to each other.

WHEN TO BOOK
Spring Specials are very popular and sell out quickly, as we only offer a certain number of sites. NEW this year booking for ONLY Spring and Fall Specials will begin on November 22 at 9:00am EST. Some campers call/email (literally) the second booking begins. In 2021, the Spring Special sold out within a minute of when booking opened. There are only a limited number of sites available, and once they are sold out, that’s it. Calls/emails placed before 9:00am on November 22 will be disqualified.
HOW TO BOOK
It is strongly recommended that you book your Spring Special by e-mail (DuneTownCampResort@gmail.com). Please, do not reserve the Spring Special through the online booking system. It will be much easier (and quicker) to send us a message via e-mail, as the phones will be busy. Please Note: Limit of 1 Spring Special per person. We will not accept an email or phone call requesting to book more than 1 Spring Special.
What to Include in Your Email/Phone Call:
-Provide 5 site number requests
-Names of families you would like to be next to (we will try our best)
-Description & Length of your camping unit (Example: 30ft Travel Trailer)
We advise that if you would like to extend your Spring Special, that you make a separate reservation for the additional days as the 4th of July Holiday sells out quickly.
DEPOSIT
There will be a $400 deposit due (within 7 days of booking the special). You do not need to provide a credit card over the phone/email at the time of booking. A Staff Member will contact you by phone or email after November 22 for the $400 deposit.
