Rentals
Rental Check In
- Registration: 3 pm to 11 pm
- Check Out: Before 11 am
- NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED UPON ARRIVAL (We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Orders, Travelers Checks and Cash.)
Security Deposit
- There is a $100.00 security deposit due upon registration.
- This deposit will be returned at departure after the unit is checked for damages.
- Renters will be responsible for missing items and any damage to the unit which may void the refund.
Rental Information
Duplex
- Rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday, starting June 29 until August 17. Daily rates area available Open to June 28 and August 19 to September 30.
- There is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights (at Holiday Rate) for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.
- Linens are provided for duplex only. (No turnover)
- Sleeps a maximum of 6 with three queen beds between two bedrooms.
- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, living space, full bath with tub shower, and cable TV.
- Outdoor patio area with picnic table, fire pit and charcoal grill.
Camping Room
- There is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights (at Holiday Rate) for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.
- Camping rooms require a 3 night minimum from June 29-August 17
- Saturday arrivals are not allowed. If the stay includes a weekend night, you must select both nights to make a reservation.
- Linens are not provided. Please bring your own towels, toiletries and bedding.
- Sleeps a maximum of 4 with two queen bed.
- Amenities include a microwave, table with two chairs, cable TV, heat and air conditioning.
- Outdoor Patio area with picnic table, fire pit, and charcoal grill.
Bungalow
- There is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights (at Holiday Rate) for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.
- Bungalows require a 3 night minimum from June 29-August 17
- Saturday arrivals are not allowed. If the stay includes a weekend night, you must select both nights to make a reservation.
- Linens are not provided. Please bring your own towels, toiletries and bedding.
- Sleeps a maximum of 6 with two bunk beds and a full size bed.
- Amenities include microwave, table with two chairs, and electricity (no running water).
- Outdoor patio area with picnic table, fire pit and charcoal grill.
Cancellation Policy
For any rental unit, you must notify us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for a refund of your deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival will NOT be refunded.
No Pets
Pets are not allowed in any of our Rental units.
